Del-Nat® Tire Corporation was formed to benefit independent tire dealers by offering exclusive products within a specific geographic area at a profitable margin with the goal of being the single source for all tire categories to its shareholders.

Del-Nat® Tire Corporation (DNTC) was formed on January 1, 1989 when Delta Tire Corporation and National Tire Corporation merged joining two strong private brands into an even stronger cooperative that enjoys numerous economies of scale and increased sourcing opportunities.

Tires and tubes are produced in our brands by respected tire manufacturers around the world and are distributed via a 500,000 square foot distribution center in Memphis, TN. DNTC product is manufactured in the United States, Mexico, Japan, Taiwan, Europe, China and Korea.

The Delta and National brands are actively marketed in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, Europe, the Middle East, Japan, Iceland and Africa.

DNTC is not like publicly held companies that manage their business with an eye on stock prices, or like branded tire programs that search for every possible channel in the market and sell to warehouse clubs and national chains forcing their independent tire dealer customers to compete against large volume deals. Our target is clear and our commitment to the independent tire dealer remains our priority. We show it in everything we do.

MISSION STATEMENT

To continually increase the benefits and value received by Del-Nat® Tire Corporation stockholders and the share of market of Delta and National brand of passenger and light truck tires by:

  • Continuing to offer the best private brand program in the industry.
  • Being competitive in all aspects of the business, and constantly improving Delta and National’s competitive position in buying prices, products, customer service, and marketing programs.

PRIVATE BRAND TIRES

DNTC is in the private brand tire business. Our tires meet the same government standards and are made exactly the same way as their major brand cousins. Private brands account for approximately 25% of the US replacement passenger and light truck tire market and typically sell for 10-25% less than major brands. There are no costly ad campaigns, large staffs or gigantic overhead burdens to pay. They are a better value for the customer. DNTC dealers enjoy a level of independence not found with major brands.

PRODUCT STRATEGY
Independent tire dealer members market Delta and National tires throughout the world. A wide range of quality suppliers worldwide produce them, which allows DNTC access to the best value from each of them. Our goal is to provide the widest range of tires in the industry
