The Alliance Tire Group is a leading entity in the global Off-Highway Tires business. It represents three world-renowned brands – Alliance, Galaxy and Primex. Household names in the OHT segment in many parts of the world, these brands were brought together under the ATG banner, in a phased manner, from 2007. Alliance was the first brand to be absorbed by ATG in early 2007, followed by Galaxy and Primex in the year 2009. Actively present in over 120 countries in 6 continents. The group aims to exceed a global turnover of $600 million in 2012.

The brands are well known for their ability to provide customers, both aftermarket and OEM, with Application-Specific, Purpose-Built tires. From fields to mines to factories to forests,
ATG offers solutions for various necessities.

The company owns 2 manufacturing plants, one in Hadera at Israel and the other in Tirunelveli, southern India. Apart from its own plants, ATG’s tires are also manufactured at dedicated contract manufacturing facilities in China and Taiwan. These products are made according to the strict quality standards that are applied to all ATG products.

The company’s world-class R&D centers, situated in Israel, United States, India and South Africa, employ experts and the tires produced at these facilities are available all over the world. Also, the strategic locations of these centers enable ATG to help customers even at regional levels, which strengthens ATG’s motto of providing custom solutions for specific needs. This has helped the brand in becoming the preferred OEM choice across the globe.

The regional headquarters are in The Netherlands, United States, India, South Africa and Israel. The group also has regional offices and representatives in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Iberia, Italy and Scandinavia.

The Group is founded and promoted by Mr. Ashok Mahansaria and Mr. Yogesh Mahansaria. With more than 20 years of experience, they are among the leading names in the Off-Highway Tire industry.
